Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are packed and dispatched from the UK using Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on location and service conditions.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 3:00pm on working days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed on the next working day.
How much is delivery?
Free delivery is available on UK orders over £70. Orders below this amount will have delivery costs shown at checkout before payment.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This is usually sent at the end of the working day.
Can I return my order?
Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened items may be eligible for return if agreed in advance and returned in sealed condition.
